City Visions Special Election Coverage: Today 4-6pm!

Election Day is here! I’ll be hosting a special City Visions afternoon election coverage show live on KALW radio 91.7 FM (and streaming live) from 4-6pm PT today. Joining me during the 4pm hour (which will include portions of the national NPR broadcast) will be:

  • Mark DiCamillo, Director of IGS Poll, a non-partisan survey of California public opinion on matters of politics, public policy and public affairs conducted by the Institute of Governmental Studies at UC Berkeley
  • Sonia Narang, KALW’s Elections Coverage Manager

Then at 5pm I’ll be joined by:

  • Jeremy White, who covers California politics for Politico
  • Professor Laura Garcia Bedolla of UC Berkeley and author of “Latino Politics” and “Mobilizing Inclusion: Transforming the Electorate Through Get-Out-the-Vote Campaigns.”

The phone lines will be open. We want to hear from you. How are you feeling today? What was your voting experience like? What state and local races are you following? Call in at 866-798-TALK, Tweet us @cityvisionskalw, or email us at cityvisions@kalw.org. You can live-stream the show here.

Meanwhile, for more resources, you can find your polling place here and review the KALW Voter Guide here.
